production manager

I am currently working in Gita Aviation (Changzhou) Co. Ltd. as Production Manager, in China. I am working since 2005 and handling the team of 60 personnel. Gita Aviation is a manufacturer of Cargo Nets and Cargo Restraint Straps. Cargo Nets are manufactured under EASA, CAAC and FAA certifications and Cargo Restraint Straps are EASA C172 certified. General Manager with 20 years' experience, responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, one should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping all people develop and be productive, while ensuring company's profits are on the rise.

Living in China from 2005 and adapted well to the work culture and experience of running a Production Organization approved by European Aviation Safety Authority, Federal Aviation Agency and Civil Aviation Administration of China.

I would describe myself as someone who is friendly, adaptable, knowledgeable and efficient with experience. I believe I prove to be a valuable asset to the company and with full potential to develop myself further in the career.
