Senior Business Analyst

• Defining project scope at initial stage by working with business team

• Conducting Requirement Gathering and Requirement Analysis meetings with Business Stake Holders.

• Translating business requirements into IT functional requirements that developers can understand.

• Break down the technical and architectural intricacies into comprehensive simplicity that each stakeholder can understand

• Recognize project details and requirements, model it, and document all in Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Gathering (FRD) , and Sign offs.

• Facilitates development teams to get the right business people to work with.

• Carrying out all the SCRUM phases (For SDLC in Agile Methodology) in coordination of project timelines.

• Responsible for conducting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and acquiring sign-off.

• Becomes business representative for the developers to bridge the gap.
