Spa Supervisor / Spa Therapist

My Name Is Nerrissa, been working this industry for more than 10 years and I am currently working as a spa supervisor at dhigufaru island resort. I've been working here for 1 year and 3 months, my responsibilities are to look after the spa and make sure that the operations run smoothly. If needed I can do anything or any services, I can guide all the therapist who needs my help, I can give training such as Facials, manicure and pedicure and even hair services. Answering phone calls, arranging the booking, and even making excel, and promotions if needed, i am always do up selling to make sure to get a high revenue and hit the target amount. i am passionate about my work as i do. i am loyal and i am always take a good pride of the company.
