Position: Korean Client Service Executive

Industry: Online gaming company

Salary: Php80,000- Php90,000 NET

Location: Makati City 

Schedule: Shifting

Requirements:

Korean National proficient in English

Presently living in the Philippines

Bachelor's degree graduate of any course

With customer service experience is a big advantage

Willing to work in Makati City

Willing to work onsite (Office based)

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with clients' concerns and inquiries and address it in a timely manner.

Proper escalation of client's concerns and queries.

Presenting products to the client's and ensuring to increase the sales revenue.

Build sustainable relationship to clients

Translation of documents to deliver accurate information to customers.

Recruitment Process: 

Initial interview with Filipino HR

Final Interview with Korean
