Job Qualifications
��Native fluency in Thai and strong proficiency in English.
��Bachelor's Degree graduate
��Proven experience in the online gaming industry is a must
��With Experience as an Streamer, KOL, or social media marketing
��Excellent project management skills
��Good communication skills, creative, and result oriented.
��Knowledgeable in these tools (e.g. Vamp / Grin / Upfluence / Whalar etc)
Job Responsibilities:
��Oversee a team of marketing professionals and implement marketing campaigns for streamers
��Collaborate with the Marketing Director for Asia to define the company's streamer marketing strategy, plan activities, and establish the annual budget.
��Identify, hire and train talents to stream across various social platforms.
��Create a content strategy for streamers and generate ideas that are ideal for engaging streaming content.
��Track, analyze, and report on social media insights to consistently assess and improve the content strategy.
��Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers by researching social media trends, competitor activities, industry experts, events, and the target audience relevant to the company's products.
��Create and execute detailed marketing strategies for streamers to boost game visibility and engagement within the streaming and gaming community.
