⭐Thai National with Permanent visa in Philippines
⭐Bachelor's Degree graduate
⭐Knowledgeable in ServiceNow and Basic Troubleshooting
⭐With IT Helpdesk Experience
Responsibilities
⭐Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
⭐Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
⭐Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
⭐Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
