Role Overview

We are seeking a SMB Account Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with 50-100 SMB clients. This role requires strong communication, responsiveness, and the ability to understand each client's use case for our AutoBid product. While we will provide training on AutoBid, you should be proactive in learning and understanding how it fits into our customers' workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Meetings & Relationship Management: Conduct regular client calls to understand their needs, provide updates, and resolve concerns.

Product Expertise: Gain a solid understanding of our AutoBid product and how it applies to different client use cases.

Problem-Solving: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.

Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to improve client experience and drive product adoption.

Retention & Growth: Work to retain customers by ensuring they see continued value in our services.

Requirements

Experience: 2 years in account management, customer success, or sales (preferably in SaaS or B2B).

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple accounts and prioritize client needs effectively.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email management tools, and learning new software.

Work Hours: Must be available during US East Coast business hours.

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, AI, or procurement-related industries.

Background in working with SMB clients.

Prior experience in government contracting, bid management, or procurement solutions.
