Teaching Opportunity at Korea International Christian School in Seocho, Seoul – February/March 2025 Start (ASAP Preferred)
Position: Full-Time Teacher
Location: 19, Baumoe-ro 7-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea
Start Date: February or March 2025 (ASAP preferred)

- February 21, 2025 – Staff Training
- February 24, 2025 – School Entrance Ceremony
- February 25, 2025 – First Day of School
- March 1, 2025 – Alternative Start Date Available
▪️Position Details:
- Teaching Levels: Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, and High School
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (negotiable)
- Classroom Environment: Supportive team with 7 foreign teachers (FT) and 9 Korean teachers (KT)
▪️Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: Starting from 2.5 million KRW (negotiable based on experience)
- Housing: Single-furnished accommodation provided
- Paid Vacation: 12 annual paid vacation days, in addition to national holidays designated by the school
- Insurance: Coverage under Korea's four major insurance programs available
- Employment Insurance: Enrollment available
▪️Qualifications & Requirements:
- A degree in Education and a teaching certificate is preferred
- Candidates with relevant teaching experience or a degree from a U.S. university are also welcome to apply
- Korean nationals or residents of Korea are preferred, but applicants from overseas are also welcome
- A background in Education or a teaching certificate is highly desirable
- Candidates with a valid visa are preferred

Preference will be given to individuals with a completed visa, those familiar with the American curriculum, and Christian candidates.
A degree in Education from an American university or possession of a teaching certificate. Being able to teach AP courses is a plus, but not a requirement.
