LOOKING FOR A FEMALE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/SECRETARY FOR US FINANCIAL

SERVICES FIRM

GoKapital is a top American business/real estate lending firm established in 2013, with its

corporate headquarters in Miami, FL USA. Our Bangkok branch office in Thong Lor has been

operating for over a year, and is seeking a dedicated and motivated Executive Assistant to work

with management on general administrative tasks.

A few important points below:

● Work hours are from 8PM-5AM (night to morning) as it's based on American work

hours

● Initial compensation ranges from 20K to 30K Bht monthly

● 100% ENGLISH FLUENCY IS REQUIRED (written and spoken) as we work with US

clients. Please do not apply if your English is not fluent.

● This is NOT a remote/WFH position. Must be in Thailand to be considered for this

position

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Assist with general day to day clerical tasks (organizing documents, data entry, etc.)

● Answering phone calls and emails, and providing excellent customer service

● Possess computer proficiency skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

● Collaborate with different departments to organize company meetings, and also assist

in coordinating management's daily agenda

● Have clear communication skills, discipline, and be organized

JOB BENEFITS:

● Salary of 20,000 to 30,000 THB per month (dependent on qualifications and

experience ), with the opportunity to increase after a 3 month performance evaluation

period.
