IT Engineer

Hello there!

I am looking for a job in Vietnam related to telecommunications, VoIP/Video communications or contact centers, I have quite a bit experience in all of this areas.

My experience is:

1. ~7 years of working in differnt ISPs as network engineer

-structured cabling

-fiber welding

-switching, routing, troubleshooting on equipment of different vendors(*STP, LLDP/CDP, LACP, VLAN/QinQ, GVRP/VTP, IGMP, FHRP, COS/TOS/DSCP, PIM, OSPF, BGP, NAT/PAT)

-support\configuration\installation of linux\freebsd and dns\email\file server\voip\ services

-logs gathering and monitoring of everything with zabbix\nagios

-

2. ~7 years of working in the system integrator of contact center software based on Genesys Pure Engage as senior implementation engineer.

-

I was developing and implementing projects and solutions for omnichannel(voice, webchats, social networks, sms, email) contact centers and training clients to use Genesys software.

-Voip proxy: OpenSIPS, Kamailio, SEMS

3. Now I am working as voip enginner on application https://dion.vc/ (it is something like https://zoom.us/), creating high available load balancers, registrars, SBCs, RTP proxies with opensips/PostgreSQL/Redis/Golang for video conferences and audio calls via SIP and WebRTC.

-Voip servers: FreeSwitch

-SQl DBMS: PostgreSQL

-NoSQl DBMS: Redis

-Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus

-Logs: ELK

-CI/CD: GitLab

-Automation with ansible

-Containers: docker

-Language: golang
