To Implement infection control measures, following hospital policies and procedures.

To respond to emergencies, such as cardiac arrests or allergic reactions, providing life-saving interventions.

To Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

To analyze patient data, making informed decisions about care.

To effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

To Provide empathetic and supportive care, respecting patients' dignity and autonomy.
