Project Sports is a global leader in the sports industry, providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Portuguese-speaking Sport Support Associate to join our team in Bulgaria.

Position Overview:

The Sport Support Associate will be responsible for handling customer requests related to a wide range of sports products. This is a customer service-oriented role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for sports.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries regarding a variety of sports products via phone and chat

Provide accurate and detailed information to customers

Maintain detailed case notes for all interactions

Focus on customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations

Contribute to achieving both individual and team performance targets

Required Qualifications:

EU citizenship or a valid Bulgarian residence permit

Must be residing in Bulgaria

High school or university degree

Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese (B2) and English (B2)

Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping others

Strong typing and PC skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Work Schedule:

Monday - Saturday, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day on a rotational schedule)

2 days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day off

Relocation Package:

14 nights in a city-center hotel (with breakfast included)

Travel expense reimbursement of up to 490 BGN after 6 months of employment

Training: 2 weeks of comprehensive training

Contract Type: Permanent
