Job Title: German-Speaking Technical Support Representative
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
About the Role:
Join our team as a Technical Support Representative for an urgent and critical support line, helping customers resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently. You'll start with 6 weeks of training, working from our office in Sofia for the first three months before transitioning to a hybrid work model. This role is a great fit for candidates with at least 1 year of technical support experience.
Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Language Requirements: Fluency in German and at least B2 level English
• Ownership Period: 6 months with Concentrix
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of technical support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Proficiency in both German and English (B2 level or higher)

• Salary: 4,000 BGN
