Exciting Job Opportunity: German or Dutch Customer Support Specialist
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Onsite)
Your Role:
• Provide top-notch support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
• Stay informed about products, policies, and procedures.
Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts:
• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 02:00 AM
Requirements:
• Fluent German or Dutch (Minimum C1 level)
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Customer support experience is a plus.
