Your Role:

Provide top-notch support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.

Stay informed about products, policies, and procedures.

Monday to Saturday:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements:

Fluent in one of the languages mentioned above (written and spoken).

English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Customer support experience is a plus.
