Order Management Senior Specialist with French

Description

As an Order Management Senior Specialist, you are responsible for managing the stock levels of ABI products at our customers' warehouses. You will be taking care of 1 (or more) dedicated customer(s) and ensure the best service by preventing out of stocks and balancing the stock levels according to the customer's needs. Also, you will be in close contact with our commercial supply and inventory deployment team to align on the right strategy.

What will you be doing:

Creating replenishment orders for the customer based on the current and future need

Book slots in the customer's slot booking system for our replenishments

Respect internal deadlines for order processing

Active co-operation with other teams (Transport Planning, Inventory Deployment, Commercial Supply)

Follow up on ad-hoc issues

Cover daily routines linked to order checks and reports

Participation in weekly/monthly review calls with your customer and the corresponding commercial supply team

Active participation in projects and successful implementation

Hands-on mindset to look for process improvements, standardizations, efficiencies

What you'll bring:

Fluent English speaker (C1)

French at Fluent level is also required (C1 or higher)

Experience within a logistics function in an FMCG is an advantage

Adaptable and flexible. We have some seasonal peaks where the workload is higher.

You like solving problems and have an analytic mindset

Proactive, can-do attitude with stress resilience

Strong team spirit to build right connections with colleagues and other departments with common goal of delivering our customer

Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). Knowledge of SAP or Vendor Managed Inventory system is an advantage
