Description

To drive efficiency and reduce material obsoletes across our supply chain operations. As a recognized benchmark within the industry, this position requires a strategic thinker who can implement innovative solutions to optimize supply chain processes and achieve significant cost savings.

Able to deliver efficient, effective, and flexible solutions. Maintains strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure good quality of investigation of obsoletes and potential obsoletes is available. Continually work on improvements on SCL processes and KPIs (FY LE, Overdue)

To do detailed analysis to find the root cause for the Material Obsoletes and try to find the solution for depletion of obsoletes by collaborating with other supply chain counterparts.

Develop and implement strategies to minimize supply chain losses, particularly focusing on material obsoletes across multiple zones.

Leverage Excel, Power Point and Power BI to provide transparent reporting and improve stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth operations and visibility across the team.

Collaborate with various internal supply Chain teams, including Demand Planners, Schedulers, and Material Planners, to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Design depletion scenarios to aid Demand Planners, Marketing, and Commercial teams in understanding potential costs related to material obsoletes and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

To follow up and track KPI s and routines related to Obsoletes are followed by the whole Material Planning team to makes sure Obsoletes costs are to minimum.

Analyze supply chain overheads and actual data to pinpoint and address inefficiencies and unnecessary cost accruals.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a supply chain or material planning environment.

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work collaboratively across team boundaries.

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management is a plus.

Technical competencies

Strong proficiency in Excel is required.

Familiarity with Power BI, and analytical tools such as Python or SQL is preferred.
