Real Estate Management Specialist with Dutch

As a Real Estate Management Specialist with Dutch, you will be responsible for processing the incoming Real Estate, Loans, and Contracts related invoices and keeping partnerships with our suppliers and owners. We are looking for a new team member who would take ownership of the role and work closely with other internal stakeholders

What will you be doing:

Read, understand, and maintain owners' and tenants' real estate, loan, and beer contracts in the system (SAP)

Keep Level 5 process documentation updated as processes evolve

Process related invoices for taxes, utilities, and other costs sent by owners/suppliers

Reconcile open owner balances and contact the owners if necessary

Execute the necessary MEC and subsidiary activities designated by the Team Leader

Constantly balance the search and implementation for new improved ways of working together with the agreed sustainable ways of working

Ensure timely payments to owners/suppliers

What you'll bring:

Fluency in English and Dutch (B2/C1)

Graduate degree in Economics/Business Management/etc or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the field

Stress resilience, self-driven and proactive mindset

Good business sense and customer satisfaction mindset

Structured and systematic approach to delivering business solutions

MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

Relevant SAP application knowledge is a plus
