What will you be doing:

Full Tech support of the products as per DevOps model during project phases run.

Collaboration with vendors, working with agreements, project plan, cut-over plan.

Leading and supporting testing phases, resolving incidents, bug fixing.

Support model developing through ServiceNow.

Solutions Board model delivery during project phases run.

License tracking for the efficient usage and financial orders controlling.

Facilitating seamless handling of applications, change requests delivery

What you'll bring:

Fluency in English (C1 Level)

Experience in project completion and successful product implementation.
