You are part of the Zone Supply Network Planning (SNP) Team, and you will be responsible for enabling regional SNP teams through the weekly planning in o9 of aligned scope, inputs management of the scope, including switches and new SKU set up and other parameters maintenance in o9. Next to that, you are responsible for continuous improvement, benchmarking across the BU, testing of new functionality in o9, cooperation with LP planners on your scope, and yearly 1YP process for your scope.

What will you be doing:

Run Operational SNP process and generate the weekly plan considering the guidance from tactical SNP;

Identify gaps and resolutions via cross-functional collaborations

Cascade the weekly plan to downstream areas such as scheduling, deployment, MRP, etc.

Review the plan in a weekly routine with BU planner, flagging risks on production, capacity utilization and impact on the shift regime

Follow-up the execution of the weekly plan and identified actions from S&OP and S&OE routines via cooperation with BU

Run scenarios based on identified actions from S&OP and S&OE routines

Manage input parameters (MD GOP Management) on weekly basis

Monitor the mandatory SNP KPIs (CONA/WSNP/Allocation Efficiency, OOR, Forecast accuracy at Location, PPA, 3PA) at daily basis and react when necessary

Understand the Network and suggest improvements based on the opportunities spotted during planning

Perform testing for o9 build upgrade and other o9 functionality on timely basis · Prepare 1YP on a yearly basis, through working in Tactical environment and performing checks on your scope

What you'll bring:

At least 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (Analyst/Planner position)

You have an excellent knowledge of English and strong communication skills

You have good analytical skills (advanced Excel knowledge)

You have excellent stakeholder management skills

You are result driven and can search for solid solutions

You have a strong continuous improvement mindset

You have experience with project management, or project management is your area of interest

A knowledge of supply network planning processes, end-to-end processes and the Advanced Planning Optimization software (SAP, o9, Power BI) is a plus
