What will you be doing:

• Processing of data loads from ERP to the planning software (o9) and perform data consistency checks

• Comprehensive planning and information consolidation to deliver weekly reports to stakeholders

• Analytics reviews to draw conclusive findings to compile segmented data

• Maintain Returnable Packaging assets in the planning software (o9)

• Reviewing availability of Returnable packaging assets in the planning software (o9) as part of the weekly planning process

• Constant search for opportunities in the existing returns packaging process, their definition and implementation – systematic process improvement. Deep diving into process gaps and looking for improvements to implement simplified, yet sustainable solutions

• Monitoring performance KPIs and work on their improvement in cooperation with required stakeholders

What you'll bring:

• Fluency in English (C1 level)

• Relevant experience in supply chain planning operations in FMCG environment for 2 years

• Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) / SAP / System minded - Good numeracy skills

• Stakeholder and relationship management experience

• Persuasive Communication & Negotiation skills, good overall business sense

• Analytical skills and attention to detail able prioritize and flexible to work cross departmentally

• A curious mentality and the drive to investigate, question, and fact find. Ownership in driving change and proactive mindset
