What will you be doing:

•Make sure that our beers are replenished on time and in full to our markets (Italy, Expansion and International), in the most cost-efficient way, in the right way, whilst solving business challenges, mitigating risks, and delivering improvements with usage of the systems (TMS, ERP, O9, other tools)

•Responsible of the excellence of execution of the inventory and transport operations on International scopes

•Usage of LCP Project Management methodology: responsible of organizing and leading routines to achieve our goals and bring visibility on results and progress

•Improve current processes to increase the touchless rate and reduce manual workload of planning

•Implement the 100% LCP mindset in the team (Management, ID and TP) and actively follow up to improve the scores

•Managing improvement initiatives for Inventory & Transport related operations in order to meet all KPIs objectives

•Cooperation with other Logistics teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities (3PLs, carriers)

•Identifying and analyzing structural root causes for out of stocks, as well as coordinating solutions to mitigate and informing relevant business stakeholders

•Managing and analyzing rejections, delays, and no-shows, as well as contributing to the carrier scorecard (Global KPI for a carrier's benchmark)

What You Will Bring:

•Preferred: prior experience in Logistics

•Leadership Circle Profile Management Methodology basics

•Agility to quickly adapt based on priorities

•Transformation mindset : constantly challenge how we can improve the way we operate and fix issues sustainably

•Experience in project management

•Data analytics skills – able to create report, analyse data and take decisions based on data.

•Quick and eager to learn new tools (Excel/ ERP/ TMS / Power Point / O9)

•Resilient: see failure and setback as opportunities to learn and to grow
