I have a franchise of a renowned logistic company named DTDC. Here I have to manage all the services related to courier. The area of my works are mainly 1. product check, 2. product booking and billing (manually and online), 3. tracking the shipments, 4. Help to resolve customer's queries, 5. Assure them for on time delivery and many more.
