Technicien Régleur Injection H/F

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be the technical support for production. Your main missions will include:

Anticipation and Preparation: Ensure the availability of documentation, materials and tools to meet production deadlines.

Assembly and Adjustment: Assemble, disassemble and adjust tools and peripherals according to defined standards, and maintain product quality.

Verification and Adjustment: Participate in the verification of the first parts produced and adjust the parameters as needed.

Production Launch: Intervene during the production launch and validate the start of the series.

Maintenance and Monitoring: Check the general condition of the equipment, keep activity monitoring tools up to date, and study malfunctions to suggest improvements.

Required Profiles

Training: Professional Baccalaureate or BTS in Plastics.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the field of plastic injection, ideally in the cosmetics sector.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of small tonnage presses (Billion, Haitian) and Sepro robots.

Personal Qualities: Ability to work cross-functionally, responsiveness and ability to anticipate.
