IT Project Management, expert in cyber Security

Management of IT projects and programs with high cross-functionality and significant financial commitments. Project management and monitoring, budget management and optimization of "Capex / Opex" costs. Ability to communicate and summarize with COMEX managers but also with the business and IT, in particular the deliverable schedules, objectives, progress, identified risks and associated remediation plans. Total autonomy for all projects entrusted. Ability to structure a high-stakes program with different stakeholders (IT, Group, partner, etc.). National and international team management (5 to 60 people). Ability to establish and manage a build and RUN budget of several M€. Identifies, allocates and manages resources in order to complete a project within the allocated time and budget.

Risk and dependency management, ability to build, monitor and organize a roadmap with contributions from multiple internal and external stakeholders. Develops and maintains a mutually beneficial partnership between business and IT. Designs and implements cutting-edge solutions based on technical specifications, in-depth research and feasibility tests (POC). ANSSI, ACPR regulation. Technical Manager, supplier management, contract negotiation, business continuity plan, cost and budget control. Regular reporting of project plans, RFP/RFQ writing. Good interpersonal skills for smooth communication. Several compliance projects: PCI DSS, LPM (OIV, OSE), GDPR, DORA, LCB-FT (AML)
