Position Overview:
We are seeking a German-Speaking Customer Advisor to provide top-notch customer service to our clients in the German-speaking market. As a Customer Advisor, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience. The role offers flexibility with hybrid remote working options or the possibility to work on-site in our Athens office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in German
Assist customers with inquiries related to products/services, order status, billing, and troubleshooting
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
Fluent in German (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers
