Start Dates: October 23, 2024 & October 30, 2024
Location: Remote (anywhere in Greece)
Relocation Package: Available for EU citizens or those with valid EU work visas ��✈️
�� Your Role:
Help customers via phone, email, or chat in both French and English
Solve problems efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
Escalate issues when needed, but always aim to provide a solution!
✅ Requirements:
Fluency in French (C1 or native) and English (at least B2)
Eligible to work in the EU (No sponsorship available)
Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
Bachelor's Degree
