I am a young man who recently graduated from the Gioberti hotel institute in Rome. I also obtained the training certificate from the Italian chef academy in Rome with a grade of 100/100. I did two internships, one at the Alfredo alla Scrofa restaurant in Rome and the other at the starred restaurant Il Pipero in Rome.
