We're on the lookout for a Quality Analyst to join one of our clients in their award winning, multilingual contact centre and ensure every interaction meets the highest standards. What You'll Do:
Evaluate and monitor customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) for quality, compliance, and service excellence.
Provide actionable feedback to agents, highlighting areas of improvement and celebrating successes.
Collaborate with team leaders to develop improvement plans and training programs.
Ensure that customer service policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently followed.
Analyze performance trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving overall service quality.
Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by identifying pain points and offering solutions.
