Customer Support (German and English)

Hi,
We are looking for customer support specialists (German English) who are willing to relocate to Latvia.
The company provides visa support for candidates from Africa, LATAM, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
Educational and Professional Qualifications
• Near-native proficiency in German (CEFR level C1 or Above) or native fluency in the relevant market language.
• Manageable English skills (B2 or better) in writing and speaking for documentation and accurate logging in client systems.
• Must be a graduate (10 2 3 years of education).
• Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is an advantage.
• Must have active passport with 3 years minimum validity.
Work Experience and Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing resolutions to end users.
• Record case resolutions in contact center tools based on client communication.
• Resolve cases within the defined case life cycle, adhering to individual balanced scorecard targets.
• Escalate priority issues as per client specifications to the immediate lead, if applicable.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Deliver exemplary customer satisfaction while meeting quality standards for all interactions.
• Complete rostered working hours and maintain consistent staffing.
• Maintain project-specific targets such as response time, handle time, and resolution rate aligned with KRAs.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Perform additional ad hoc tasks to enhance client service or improve KPIs.

• Service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work shift hours or part-time, adapting to prioritization changes as required.
• Excellent written communication skills in the relevant market language for agents handling written queries.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute for written customer interactions.
