Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via multiple communication channels (email, chat, and phone).

• Provide timely and effective resolutions to customers' issues.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer needs.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and processes.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: C2/Native German or Dutch and at least B2 English.

• Availability for training on-site.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• A team player with a proactive attitude.

Relocation Details

• Flight Ticket Reimbursement: After the 6-month probation period, the cost of your flight ticket (up to €200) will be reimbursed. For example, if your ticket cost is €70, only €70 will be reimbursed, even if the total cost for your family's tickets is higher.
