Hiring a Private Chef
Hello,
I am currently organizing a vacation in Montenegro. At the moment, I am seeking to hire a chef for a one-week period.
The chef's responsibilities would include:
- Preparing daily lunches and dinners for 60 people.
- Dates: September 18th - September 25th.
- Location: Mirac.
- A professional kitchen and grill area are available on-site.
- Ingredients will be provided on-site.
- Buffet-style service.
- Preparing standard dishes without the need for gourmet cuisine (soups, vegetable salads, grilled/baked meat/seafood, side dishes, cervelat, cheese and cold cuts platters, fruits).
- We will discuss the detailed menu in advance and create a technological card for clear understanding of what and how much needs to be prepared each day.
- Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and organized.
I would appreciate it if you could provide information about your availability, experience, and the estimated cost for this service.
