I have good computer application skills including Microsoft office in addition, I am a great team worker and regularly work with mechanical technicians, product engineers who have design parts for production, I am able to read and understand blueprints and specification sheets, so that I can work correctly to fabricate products,

DUTIES
My job involves me Maintenance, installing
Replacement of Worn-out parts like drive shafts, sprockets, conveyor chains and rollers,
Pneumatic Cylinders, of Oil seals and O-rings,
Replacement of Spindles, Spindle bearing, rollers bearings,
Replacements of couplings,
Lubrication of gears, slides, guides, bearing, screw rod nut, shafts etc
Trouble shooting of mechanical breakdowns,
Installation and shifting of machines using rigging equipment,
Leveling of machine tool and checking the alignments
Preventive maintenance and reconditioning of Jigs and Fixtures
Installation of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits as per drawing,
Replacement injection molds servicing, leveling, alignments, and installation.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
Work closely with the production team to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Assembly Work:
Planning and installing machinery as per drawings.
Assembling and aligning of conveyor guides.
Backlash adjustment of screw rods, sprocket main drive shafts and nut mechanism,
Pressing pins, shafts and keys using hand press,
Installing conveyors like roller type chain type, belt type, spiral conveyors, over head conveyors,
Assembly and aligning of simple and compound gear trains of machine,
Assembly of rack and pinion gear mechanism, Assembly of pneumatic cylinders, PU pipe air line with suitable connectors,
Assembly of timer pulleys, timer belts and adjusting the belt tension of the same,
Installation of various types of circlips to retain the gears, pulleys, bearing and shafts.
I was carrying the activities on various machines, which are connected to my assembly and maintenance works.

SIDEL (Super combi) 86, 000 Bottles Per Hour.

Husky high pet hpp5 injection mold 96 cavity over hulling and Netstal, injection mold overhauling. And hot runner overhauling, machine leveling etc.
