Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Advisor
We are searching for a Customer Service Advisor with proficiency in Norwegian (near-native level, C1) to join our client's team in Riga, Latvia. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and have a problem-solving mindset, this role could be a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and chat, providing efficient resolutions.
- Record case resolutions in the system and ensure adherence to case lifecycle protocols.
- Escalate high-priority issues as needed.
- Meet quality standards and project KPIs, including response time, handle time, and resolution rates.
- Collaborate within a team and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain flexibility for shift work or part-time hours as required.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and handle ad hoc tasks to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Near-native Norwegian language skills (CEFR level C1).
- At least intermediate English skills (B1 ).
Experience and Competencies:
- Prior experience in an outsourced customer service environment is advantageous.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems.
- Optimistic, team-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
- Service-oriented with a focus on problem-solving.
- Excellent written communication skills (minimum typing speed of 50 WPM for written contacts).
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
