You will act as a brand ambassador, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive and proactive approach.

• Engage with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support and assistance.

Requirements:

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.

• EU Passport or Portuguese Residence card

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
