• 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading production teams and managing factory operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and supply chain management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with software systems (e.g., SAP B1).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on results.
Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
