Customer Service with German and/or French

Santos Equipamiento de Interiores, marketer of the Santos brand, is seeking to incorporate, in its offices in Santiago de Compostela, a technician for the Customer Service department. Mission: Your main mission will be to ensure quality service to our clients, managing, administering and following up on their orders. Among your main functions will be: Receive and review customer orders. Track and control orders and inform customers. Control compliance with delivery deadlines. Manage transportation logistics. Manage incidents. Advise clients regarding the product. Perform translations. What will make you fit into this position? If you have customer-oriented training, whether at a higher level or degree, and are also able to maintain a fluent conversation in German and/or French orally and in writing, we will be happy to meet you. We highly value that you have previous experience in public contact functions or in a Customer Service department.
