Remote Medication Guidance Specialist Nurse
ICE Alarm is a leading provider of Positive Health eHealth applications, supporting over 4000 clients across various home care organizations in the Netherlands. As we continue to experience significant growth, we are seeking a dedicated colleague to join our team as a Remote Medication Guidance Specialist.
Responsibilities:
As a Remote Medication Guidance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in remotely supporting clients who can manage their medication independently but may benefit from external oversight. Your responsibilities will include:
Guiding clients in adherence to medication plans through telephone or video calls.
Processing and documenting essential information from client interactions in their respective files.
Identifying critical details regarding the client's health and well-being and promptly communicating signals to the appropriate channels.
Assisting clients in resolving minor technical issues related to their medication routines over the phone.
Coordinating schedules and tasks with team members.
Qualifications:

A background in healthcare or a strong affinity for the healthcare sector.
The ability to swiftly switch between following a plan and responding promptly in case of emergencies.
Resilience to handle stress and time pressure with a confident and composed demeanor.
Strong communication skills to lead conversations and focus on guidance plans.
Demonstrated empathy and a client-centric approach.
Commitment to honoring agreements and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, between 7 am and 11 pm.
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
About the Team:
You will collaborate with a group of dedicated coaches, each with their specific responsibilities. The team is characterized by a positive work environment, a sense of humor, and mutual support.
Training and Support:
Full training will be provided, ensuring that you are well-equipped for your role, and ongoing support will be available.
Schedule:
The position involves a rotating schedule with three morning shifts, three afternoon shifts, followed by three consecutive days off each week.
Employment Details:
Full-time position, 24 to 40 hours per week.

Work Location:
The position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Spain with a strong and reliable internet connection.
