- Ensure the proper maintenance, upgrades and continuous operation of networks; support all client users in their daily day to day operations in Network, s/w, h/w and other IT related Issues.
- Develops standards for computer and network systems, to include standards for wiring, equipment & system security.
- Provides workstation hardware and software technical support.
- Installs, configures, and maintains computer and network operating system and application software, as appropriate; provides on-call support for computer/network systems as required.
- Install upgrade servers and workstations operating systems.
- Install and upgrade servers and workstation application software.
- Maintain network security including installation and maintenance of fire wall, anti-virus and spyware software on both servers and workstations.
IT related field.
