Sales and ERP Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, order processing, and managing customer databases.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, and production) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
Track and update customer accounts and manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.
Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights into sales performance and trends.
Assist in the creation of sales presentations and proposals for clients in the oil and gas sector.
ERP Support:
Serve as a primary point of contact for ERP-related inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting.
Work with IT and ERP vendors to resolve technical issues, implement system updates, and optimize ERP processes.
