HSE Officer

Location: Dammam Airport, KSA

Qualifications:

Registered Safety Professional with OSH (Ministry of Human Resources Safety Cadres) or SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers).

Proven experience as a Safety Officer (SO) in similar work environments.

Strong understanding of HSE regulations and safety procedures.

Certified in CPR and First Aid.

responsible for administering the Contractor's HSE health and safety and environment program.

Trained in Waste Management and knowledgeable in environmental safety protocols.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to enforce safety standards effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and enforce the contractor's HSE health, safety, and environment program.

Conduct routine daily safety inspections and document a comprehensive weekly HSE inspection of the work site.

Escort DACO/SQA staff during safety inspections and collaborate to ensure compliance.

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, identify hazards, and take corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Actively manage safety procedures and have the authority to stop work if safety standards are violated.

Ensure waste management practices comply with environmental and safety standards.

Provide First Aid and CPR in emergency situations when required.

Requirement:

Candidate should have valid Iqama ID and the Iqama ID must be under the Safety Professional
