 Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering consultants/ collaborators, external suppliers, contractors & clients.

 controlling the project cost within the budget and monitoring Cash Flow – Cost Control.

Construction Management

 Developing site organization to suit the project needs; selecting construction methodology & implementation.

 Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of the project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

 Deployment of suitable manpower and equipment/materials and proper planning.



Quality / Environment Management

 Implementing stringent Quality Management / Environment Management Systems & quality plans.

 undertaking steps for the reduction of emissions to the environment, improving the treatment of discharge, and maintaining the reliability of pollution treatment equipment.
