We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in fire alarm and fire fighting systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, with a preference for those with expertise in Temporary Construction Facility (TCF) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Sales Management: Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and bids for new projects.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the construction industry, with a focus on fire alarm and fire fighting systems. Experience with Temporary Construction Facilities (TCF) is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the construction industry and its regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Language: Fluency in Arabic is a must; proficiency in English is highly preferred.
