Position Title: Business Development Executive

Industry: Construction (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Fluency: Arabic (mandatory)

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in fire alarm and fire fighting systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, with a preference for those with expertise in Temporary Construction Facility (TCF) projects. The successful candidate will assist in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and cold calling.

Client Interaction: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.

Proposal Support: Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals and bids.

Sales Support: Support the sales team in achieving targets and closing deals.

Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to business development activities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the construction industry, with a focus on fire alarm and fire fighting systems. Experience with Temporary Construction Facilities (TCF) is highly desirable.

Skills:

Good understanding of the construction industry and its regulations.

Proven ability to generate leads and build client relationships.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills.

Language: Fluency in Arabic is a must; proficiency in English is highly preferred.
