Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter/HR Specialist
I have a combined 10 years of experience in customer service and employee supervision, in addition to 4 years of experience as a recruiter, as part of a lean HR department. I am currently a Talent Acquisition Partner for one of the world's largest global CPG companies (consumer Healthcare sector). I have expertise in stakeholder management, customer service, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and hiring, as well as cross-functional collaboration. I've led the end to end process for talent acquisition for Canada at my company, along with multiple projects involving significant community-based research and strategy mapping for talent acquisition activities. I have created and led process simplification and improvement initiatives that have reduced man-hours and superfluous work forthe entire Talent Acquisition Canadian team.
