Role Overview:

Join us as a Data Center Operations Technician I to provide essential physical and technical support within our 24x7x365 operations. This role is ideal for those with a strong foundation in facilities infrastructure, Windows operating systems, and PC troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve and escalate facility and customer issues promptly.
• Maintain professionalism in all customer and internal interactions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing our ticketing system.
• Adhere to Flexential's policies and procedures.
• Provide support across various shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications:

• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of Windows/Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous IT Support experience (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (Network , Security , CCNA, Microsoft MCP/MCSA) are a plus.
