Food & Beverage manager

I'm with the hotel industry for almost 28 years, mostly in the Food & beverage department. I was a former Asst. General Manager of a well known all inclusive resort will n the Caribbean, I am currently a F&B manager in a resort as n Aruba. I started in the industry so nice 1997 as a waiter then grew my career until I became an assistant general manager. I worked also with the Westin hotels in Aruba, & the Ritz Carlton Aruba.
