About 5 a 6 years ago there was indeed a blackout in a part of SR for 5 days. A truck hit a concrete pole of a power line from Thailand. In his fall the pole took about 10 other ones down. Read More

In general flooding is not a big problem, sometimes with heavy rain, some roads get flooded, like Savitha Rd but that's very temporary I live in What Po area for 4 years and had 1 time a serious flooding after 3 days of very heavy rain. Read More

@klvogel: In my opinion, what you whrote, has nothing to do with customs, but with the sellers. They refuse to send items to Cambodia or handle the orders slow. I ordered many items outside Cambodia and within 2 a 3 weeks I was able to pick them up ... Read More

Hi Enrica, I had many delivery's from outside Cambodia, by postal service, (computer, router etc. without any problem. But always registered. Also a cellphone send thru DHL, no problem. PS, There are no silly questions, only silly answers. :-) Read More

I never applied by Ocean View for a Retirement Visa , always for a EB visa. Due the new regulations I will apply next year for a Retirement Visa there, I think it's no problem. Read More

It is a multiple entry visa and cost about $280-$300 (depend of the fee from your travel agent) I live here for years on a pension and has never paid any taxes. The only taxes I have to pay is over the interest from my Cambodian bank account. Read More
