If you notify local Voivode Office that your work is ending (you have 15 work days to do so anyway), then you have 30 days of legal stay. And if your visa allows that, you can travel. But I wouldn't travel with a soon-expiring visa... Read More

You should be able to travel up to maximum 90 days within every 180 day-period. The boarder guards can always stop you or even revoke a visa, but of course not without a reason. Read More
