You are right on! I have experienced the same with Schwab. However, I need to open a local MX account. It makes life easier in paying monthly fees with CFE, etc. Read More

Charles Schwab is fantastic! Also, 3 free transfers per year. In addition, when you use your debit card, especially at Costco tell them it is a debit card. Otherwise, they will charge you the credit card % transaction fee. Read More
